Summary:

We’re seeking to spearhead marketing initiatives across diverse and exciting project in Real Estate Development. This is a hands-on, independent role ideal for a strategic doer who thrives on building from the ground up and turning ideas into impact.
This is a 1-year maternity cover contract with potential for a full-time role.

About the Role

You will lead the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing efforts for:

Real Estate Development Project – A new commercial-residential complex under development in Serbia. You'll build and launch the marketing strategy to generate local interest, brand presence, and buyer engagement.

Key Responsibilities or what will you working on

• Design and execute end-to-end marketing strategies..

• Run targeted campaigns on digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.).

• Create content and messaging tailored to investors, buyers, and stakeholders.

• Build and grow brand presence from scratch, including tone of voice, visuals, and positioning.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust based on metrics and KPIs

• Collaborate directly with project founders and stakeholders to align marketing goals

• Manage external vendors or freelancers when needed (e.g., designers, copywriters).

• Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies for growth.

• Work cross-functionally with leadership and internal teams to align messaging and brand positioning.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or brand development.

• Strong portfolio of multi-platform campaigns (social, paid, organic).

• Understanding of  local and international marketing landscapes (especially EMEA) is beneficial.

• Strong writing, video production, and storytelling skills.

• Ability to balance edgy content with brand reputation and ethical considerations.

• Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and social media analytics tools.

• Ability to handle online debates and criticism professionally.

• High level of independence, initiative, and creativity.

• Fluent in Serbian and English (additional languages a plus).

What would be great to have as well

• Experience growing a social media following or managing influencer campaigns.

• Experience in either real estate or financial/investment marketing is a plus.

• Background in media, journalism, marketing, or entertainment.

• Experience in podcasting, live streaming, or long-form content.
